Hatha certificationJane, I would like to say a huge thank you for all your support, knowledge and experience that you have shared with me over the past few months.

The course has been absolutely wonderful, and has not only allowed me to teach prenatal yoga but it has also enhanced my antenatal couples' teaching. I can't wait to complete my postnatal course. Thank you again. x

Thanks again!

Hi Jane, thank you so much for putting this course together. I met you in person on your weekend workshop and this course has been a great compliment to that.

It has been very thorough and enjoyable, and I have benefited from your knowledge greatly. I am so happy to be teaching pregnant and post natal ladies all that I have learnt.

Thanks again!

I’d been practicing Yoga for a number of years, but it was only when I got pregnant with my third baby that I felt the need to share what I'd been experiencing. I was looking for a teacher who was honest, experienced and who would share a quality course that would qualify me as a teacher.

I rang Jane and I felt a strong connection with her straight away. She took time to listen and to answer all my questions. I felt reassured. I wanted to get a qualification but not just a piece a paper to put on the wall.

The content of the course is clear, organised, and well thought through. But the best part about Jane is her feedback. She really takes time to read your assessments. I loved reading her comments and respect her even more when she came back with some "negative" feedback. It gave me time to think through my work and to make it better.

I wanted to feel that I can give a safe and fun class and now that is what I do. Jane followed my work and my pregnancy. She became a friend. She was and will be beside me for the future. I know that I can go back to her anytime.

Tane’s Diploma in Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teaching gave me an invaluable opportunity to study at home (mainly whilst my youngest son was asleep!!).

The course has given me a wealth of knowledge and confidence that I will integrate into my teaching of both general and pre and postnatal classes. Jane provided encouragement, guidance and constructive feedback throughout the course; whilst at the same time giving me the opportunity to express my own knowledge and style of teaching; she is very intuitive and her wisdom is passed on with an open heart. I would highly recommend both the online course and the workshops to anyone who is looking to attain a qualification in pre and postnatal yoga. I am intending to set up my first Prenatal Yoga Class in the next couple of months and would like to thank Jane for all of her support during the last year. Namaste.

I decided to add pre/post natal yoga to my qualifications after discovering I was pregnant with my first baby. I had been teaching yoga for over 5 years and when I discovered Jane’s course I thought what an amazing opportunity. Right from the start Jane guided me the whole way through the course; any questions I had were answered immediately. The course was perfect for me, as I was able to fit it in around my work and home life. It was easy to follow and covered all aspects of pregnancy and teaching, so I now feel confident and ready to teach pregnancy yoga. I would also recommend Jane’s prenatal workshops; this proved to be an amazingly helpful experience and I was totally inspired by Jane and her way of teaching.
I would definitely recommend the course. Thank you Jane. Namaste.

Doing the pre and postnatal online yoga course with Jane has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience in ways that I could not have anticipated or expected from a distance-learning course. Here was me thinking that I would be learning about anatomy and physiology and the physical aspects of yoga for pregnancy. But the course work delves much deeper into each participant’s own personal experiences and creates a space to reflect and to find the answers from within. The course work not only involves learning the fundamentals of teaching pre and postnatal yoga classes it also requires you to think about what yoga means to YOU, how YOU felt and feel about the pregnancy, birthing and baby experience. I was able to confront and deal with personal issues with regards to my own practice and life as a yogini mother. Jane's constant reassurance and encouragement has instilled me with a renewed confidence and enthusiasm for my choice to follow yoga as a way of life. Thank you Jane.

After searching for an online pre natal yoga course I discovered Jane, and even though I had my reservations about online study for such a physical topic, Jane immediately set my mind at rest through her positive and professional manner.

Every step of the way I was guided extremely well, each module bringing the perfect balance of knowledge and confidence.

Thank you Jane - I have learnt so much and feel completely prepared. You have given me the excitement and knowledge to teach pre/post natal yoga. I feel very lucky that I found you on the Internet - a truly fantastic teacher!

I would thoroughly recommend the pre and postnatal teaching diploma to anyone who has a desire to teach yoga to pregnant and postnatal ladies. The course equips you with an abundance of knowledge including asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation for each stage of pregnancy, labour and beyond. The modules are clear with excellent course literature and good recommendations for other supporting literature. The modules set are really enjoyable and challenging and have proved invaluable when teaching. The handouts and lesson plans one has to design have also been vital not only in my learning but subsequent teaching. Jane’s support has been wonderful; she is always available by phone or email and provides extremely prompt and knowledgeable feedback and advice.
Thank you Jane, I am loving every minute.

I enrolled in the course when 2 or 3 months pregnant, and it was great to go along with the modules. I really felt all the benefits of the asanas and pranayama during pregnancy and childbirth. Jane was always there to encourage me and give a lot of feedback throughout the duration of the course. The course in itself is very clear and builds up gradually. At the end of the last module, I felt more than confident enough to start giving classes and know what I was talking about. Home study was the perfect solution for me, as I was living at the other side of the world and now I'm teaching in French in Nouméa, New Caledonia. Meeting Jane (and several other wonderful ladies) during the workshop in Devon was simply wonderful, and it stimulated me to "graduate" rapidly in order to be teaching as soon as possible. I'm so happy now to transmit everything I have learned thanks to Jane, I can see people relax by the minute. At the end of class, they're all chatting away, sharing experiences. It just makes me smile and think I really made the right choice... I have 3 classes a week going on right now, but they are full, so adding 2 more starting from next week... Right time, right place. Thank you, Jane!

I was delighted to find the Classical Yoga course. I had done a lot of research into different pre and postnatal courses but this one fitted my needs perfectly. I had other yoga teaching commitments, some part-time work and a two year old to look after so the fact that I could fit it into my life when it suited me was great. The course is very well designed and structured, the questions at first glance appear simple, but lead you into areas of research and detail that take time and careful thought. I took my time to do the research and then thought about my answers and really enjoyed writing my responses. Jane was a wonderful mentor, a great yogini and stickler for detail, which makes a perfect combination for a great learning experience. Her feedback is warm and generous and I always looked forward to receiving my marked assignments to see what wisdom she would impart on each occasion. I took part in a workshop in London led by Jane and Pam, a midwife, it was great to meet face-to-face and be able to glean more knowledge from them in person.

I am now teaching pre and post-natal yoga. I teach my own prenatal classes but have taught post-natal for Surestart in the UK. I have also trained as a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, which has been a great help in my post-natal teaching. This is a great course that I would thoroughly recommend if you are interested in teaching pre and postnatal yoga.

The Pre and Post natal Teacher Diploma course is a well structured, educational program which will equip you with all the necessary skills required for teaching. Each module is designed to be challenging as well as beneficial. For example, the several handouts that you are required to design are very useful when your classes are up and running. During the course I attended an excellent workshop in which I learnt an enormous amount - it proved to be very informative as well as enjoyable. The course has allowed me to become confident in teaching pranayama and meditation and I would strongly recommend this course to anyone who has a passion to teach pre and post natal yoga.

Jane is a brilliant tutor, dedicated to her work and is always available for advice and support, even when on holiday !!
Thank you Jane for all of your knowledge and expertise.

The prenatal/postnatal yoga course is very comprehensive - the modules provide all the information you need to run informative classes. Jane's continued support and advice is invaluable - Jane is still in touch after my completion of the course! The course is enjoyable even though some of the assignments were challenging - I certainly gained more knowledge which has given me the confidence to be a better teacher. I feel very lucky that I found the course and would highly recommend it to any prospective pre and post natal yoga teachers - it is already opening new opportunities for me. Thank you so much Jane.

I completed Jane's online, pre and post natal yoga teacher's course and found it to be the best option to fit around my busy work load. It allowed me to work not only in my spare time but at my own pace. I found it to be demanding at times as there is a lot of research to be done and Jane is a stickler for presentation but very interesting and well laid out. You definitely feel supported as Jane's response to you is prompt, helpful and constructive.

Recently, I started my own prenatal pregnancy class and due to my learning from the course I can honestly say that I feel confident in the delivery of it and grateful for the handouts made earlier in the course. Being well prepared has made me relax and really enjoy working with this group of students. Thank you Jane for your encouragement throughout.

Jane is a really supportive and responsive tutor. She always provided help and assistance and lots of patience with me as I worked through the modules. The questions on this course are disarming - on first glance they look quite simple, yet they provide a great opportunity to research, explore and digest the many aspects of teaching pregnancy yoga. I am now equipped with handouts, course notes and lesson plans and lots of encouragement and confidence to teach this specialist area. Thanks for all of your help Jane.

I was attracted to this course for a number of reasons. It appeared very well structured, it was on-line and I was able to proceed at my own pace. It could be completed without the need to attend workshops in distant parts of the country. Jane was very happy to use e-mail and Skype to provide feedback, encouragement and advice, and was always very prompt and available when working through the modules, even while on holiday in Australia. She was quick to praise, and her suggestions for altering submissions always proved to be accurate and professional.

The materials provided were clear and stimulating, covering all aspects of pre and postnatal yoga teaching. I enjoyed learning from Jane a lot and admire her talent of combining a friendly approach with the ability to be demanding while assessing submissions. I am glad I enrolled on this course and will be happy to recommend it to anyone who wishes to explore this type of yoga.

The course is extremely well designed, you learn all the important points of teaching pre and post-natal yoga, and by the end of it you are fully prepared and ready to start your own class, equipped with hand-outs, class plans and answers to frequently asked questions. I would recommend Jane's course without a second thought. Jane, thank you very much for your patience and support throughout the course.

I found the course so fulfilling and educational. At first I was worried about doing a yoga course online, but after speaking to Jane (who was always there to help), I knew I was doing the right thing. Being a busy mum, pregnant with my third, and working as an acupuncturist and yoga teacher, I found the course manageable, and very informative and interesting. I often couldn't wait to finish my assignments! At the end of the course I felt very confident and had my handouts and lesson plans completed, and was totally prepared to start teaching my pre and postnatal classes. It was definitely the most enjoyable and well organised course I have done online.

This is an excellent course, and it was just what I needed to be able to teach yoga to pregnant and post natal women. As a practicing midwife and yoga teacher I thought this course would be easy and only take me a short while to complete - how wrong I was! I became really busy at work and Jane was very understanding about the time I took!

Jane has a lot of experience and her comments were really encouraging. Do this course and you will get all the support that you need!

Thanks again Jane.

This course was beneficial and accurate on all levels; it really gave me a solid foundation for teaching prenatal yoga. I started it while I was pregnant and applied everything on myself before teaching (I had a smooth, calm and very positive experience). What I really liked about this course (other than Jane!), was that I was able to really focus on the material and fit the course around my schedule. Learning online, unexpectedly gave me the time and ability to absorb more and understand the material in practice, and at my own pace. Jane has a very insightful and warm style of teaching that illuminates the material. I also felt she was engaged in my learning process, which was really motivating. I feel very confident teaching prenatal yoga now and my students are very happy with their results.

This Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Diploma Course is simply outstanding! It is precise and intelligible. Jane gives invaluable feedback on assignments and responds to any queries promptly. She is extremely helpful and adds a personal touch to this online course making it a unique and incomparable experience. I have thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from these studies and highly recommend this course. Thanks Jane... sunny smiles and namaste!!!.

It was my first experience in online studying and first I wasn’t sure about the process and the results I would be able to achieve. But, the course was excellent. I am leading a busy life teaching yoga, being pregnant and working full time as a Marketing Manager. With this online course, I had the opportunity to devote as much or little time to my studies as desired and fit it around my busy schedule.

I have learned everything in a very effective and productive way. I feel well prepared and confident, and my Yoga bears classes for pregnant women, new mums and babies as well as young families are starting soon. Jane was always quick to respond to my questions and support me when I needed it, the course was great and I would recommend it, but be prepared to work hard:).

I was a little apprehensive about signing up to do this course through distance learning but I really enjoyed it and have gotten so much out of it. I found the content and course structure excellent and the assignments challenging and very achievable with effort. Jane has been so helpful and her feedback was so prompt and absolutely invaluable. After completing the course I feel very confident to teach pre-natal yoga and I am really pleased I enrolled on this course and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I have been teaching pre-natal yoga classes and have been really enjoying it. I've used every item I prepared in your course and I've had some really nice feedback from students. Thank you so much Jane!
