Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy can be a powerful tool to shift chronic ailments. An initial consultation gives a clear picture of what needs to be addressed, and then over a series of sessions (usually two or three further sessions are necessary) a personal programme can be drawn up. Yoga therapy has been shown to help high blood pressure, anxiety and panic attacks, asthma, back pain, diabetes, headaches, excess weight, joint problems, insomnia, depression, digestive disorders and menopausal symptoms.

Prenatal (antenatal, pregnancy) classes
Many of these classes are taught in the client’s home, either in small groups (2-4) or one to one tuition, making it possible to give individual attention at this special time. The focus is on gentle stretches, deep relaxation, pelvic floor strengthening, breath awareness and meditation. Yoga postures are modified, both with and without props (pillows, blankets etc) to relieve symptoms that can arise and to encourage optimum health for mother and baby before, during and after pregnancy. We also have fun

Cost: £45 per 90-minute class (divided by the number of participants)
Available in Exeter/Crediton/Torbay and surrounding areas.
